SACRAMENTO, California — Justin Levens, who was scheduled to compete at the Roy Englebrecht Promotions event sponsored by Affliction on July 19, 2008, has been fined and suspended after he tested positive for oxymorphone, the California State Athletic Commission reported.
Levens’ fine is $1,000 and his suspension, which is retroactive from July 19, 2008, runs through January 15, 2009, the Commission said.
One use for oxymorphone is pain relief.
