NEW YORK - The International Fight League (IFL) announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with Getty Images.
"Getty Images is the world leader in imagery and its expertise in sports photography is widely recognized," said IFL CEO Gareb Shamus. "We are very proud to be partner with Getty and to begin offering the best images possible to our business partners, the media and the fans worldwide."
Getty Images will serve as photographic partner to the IFL, capturing imagery from the remaining mixed martial arts events scheduled for 2006. Photographs by Getty Images will be available to IFL fans via an online photo archive and will be managed and distributed to media and business partners through Getty Images' Media Manager and image.net services.
