Los Angeles —Darcy Donavan, who appeared several times in APG’s Elite Fighter magazine, has a new album out and a message for today’s youth.

“You don’t have to do drugs to be cool,” she said. “You can be attractive, tough and drug free.”

In a recent press conference about her new album, Darcy said she knows first-hand how devastating losses from drugs and alcohol can be.

“I’ve lost people close to me from drunk driving and drugs, and I don’t want to see it happen to others,“ she said.

And that’s why it’s so important to her to be a positive influence.

“Fans are in need of more responsible and respectable role models,” she said.

Donavan, who also acts, has been featured in top movies such as “Anchorman,” ”Confessions of a Dangerous Mind” and more and is currently focusing her efforts on the music scene to set a good example for the youth in America.
