Day No. 1: UFC 90
Written by Doug Jeffrey

More than 150 acres have burned in the Sepulveda Pass, the canyon in which the San Diego Freeway cuts through, connecting the San Fernando Valley to the South Bay. The pass is a brush-covered portion of the Santa Monica Mountains that drops down and gently touches the gorgeous face of the Pacific Ocean. As you can guess, traffic is a mess.

So, we’re off to the LA Airport much earlier than anticipated. We’ll check in ASAP.

BTW, the Los Angeles Times ran a story on ProElite yesterday. They quoted Gary Shaw, but he didn’t say much. One paragraph, and he pretty much said he was removed from the whole thing and had been for some time.

QUESTION OF THE DAY
If Anderson Silva can see retirement in his future, will his focus be on for Patrick Cote?
